1.1 At Velogic Limited (referred to as “Velogic”, “us”, or “we”), we take the privacy of your personal information seriously. 2.1 Velogic provides subscription based bicycle fitting services to ensure Third Party Customers choose or are fitted for the appropriate bicycle. Our Services involves the uploading and storage of Data about an individual. That Data will likely include personal information.
2.2 Velogic may collect personal information when you:
(a) subscribe to use the Services through our Website;
(b) use the Services we offer;
(c) contact the Velogic support team and/or
(d) otherwise visit our Website.
2.3 If you choose not to provide personal information or Data to Velogic, will be unable to provide you with the Services you have subscribed for. We may also receive personal information from you about a Third Party End User. If you provide Velogic with personal information about a client or customer, you must ensure that you are expressly authorised to disclose that information to Velogic and that, without Velogic taking any further steps required by applicable data protection or privacy laws, Velogic may collect, use and disclose that personal information or data for the purposes described in this Policy.
2.4 You must take reasonable steps to ensure the individual concerned is aware of and consents to the various matters detailed in this Policy, including the fact that their personal information and/or data:

(a) assist us to better understand how our Services are being used and accessed;
(b) provide you and our other customers with further information regarding the uses and benefits of the Service; and
(c) otherwise to improve our Services.
5.1 All Data entered into our system by you is transferred to Velogic’s servers. By using the Services, you consent to your personal information and Data, and that any Third Party End User being transferred to our servers as set out in this Policy.
5.2 Currently our servers are located in New Zealand and Australia and your personal information will be routed through, and stored on, those servers as part of the Services. We will update this Policy if the location of our servers changes in the future. You should review our Policy regularly to keep informed of any updates.
5.3 By providing your personal information and that of your clients or Customers to Velogic, you consent to Velogic storing that personal information on our servers.
5.4 If You do not want Your personal information to be transferred to a server you should not provide Velogic with your personal information or use our Services.
6.1 Velogic is committed to protecting the security of your personal information and the personal information of Third Party Customers and we take reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. That personal information is stored on secure servers.
6.2 However, the Internet is not in itself a secure environment and we cannot give an absolute assurance that your personal information and data will be secure at all times. Transmission of personal information over the Internet is at your own risk and you should only enter personal information to the Services within a secure environment.

Velogic has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the privacy practices or content of these applications.
