Setting up the system
Click “Settings” on the first screen
You will see a range of options in the Settings popup:
Enter your store name and upload your logo on the “Store” tab. The image will be resized to 300x80px so you will have a higher quality image shown if you upload a logo of that size (or at least that ratio).
Choose the language you wish to use the system in on the “Language” tab. You will need to restart the system for this to take effect. At this stage 3DM V2 is available in Simplified Chinese with German to follow soon.
You can choose to add extra webcams or ignore the front facing webcam on a laptop in the “Cameras” tab.
Enter the names of the Fitters who will be using the system on the “Fitters” tab. One name per line.
The “Summary Template” tab allows you to set the default text for the beginning of the report.
The “Final Summary Template” tab allows you to set the default text for the end of the report.
The “Report” tab allows you to set the location that the fit files are stored. The default location is in “My Documents” on your computer. We suggest choosing a cloud service (like dropbox as shown below) to make it easier to share the results with your clients.
With the settings filled in, click Done and your system is ready to use. You may be prompted to restart 3D Motion after changing settings.
