New customer testimonial: Eric Peters from Erg Cycling

Sharing an unsolicited testimonial from a new customer

January 14, 2025

It's feedback like this that makes it all worthwhile! The following is unsolicited, unedited feedback from a new user: Eric Peters from Erg Cycling in Ohio.

This is positive feedback only, I have no negative feedback.

I just wanted to reach out and tell you a little about my experience. I’m seeing things differently than I had with previous software. Best way I can sum it up is I’m now understanding that I had previously worked in a linear thought process where now I’m seeing things in both a linear, rotational and depth thought process in seeing the rider. With previous software I’d have to rotate the platform in order to see the other planes, though was still only seeing the effect in that plane. With recent experiences I’m now seeing a multi-planar effect; IE. Raising the stem height and immediately seeing the effect on knee tracking. This would have been more difficult to see with previous software and has been quite fascinating and has added depth to my practice of what positional manipulation effects what kinematic.

It cut the time used for a pre-purchase estimation on the size cycle approx. 40-50% with a rider yesterday. We were able to find a really good position in approx. 45 min which resulted in a sale for the shop. This is currently the only size cycle interaction I’ve had since install, though I’ll look for more interaction in this manner having seen the efficiency with the size cycle.

The documents on the web have been awesome as I’d previously stated. I’m bringing a PT onboard and can have him review the Road Fit Metrics doc before we start doing formal training. This is a huge value and time savings.

Lastly, I am feeling like average fit duration and quality of outcome are both improving; still too soon in the process to know for certain. While I’m not necessarily looking for speed, it’s nice if we are more efficient. I am looking for quality of outcome.

I appreciate the time, effort, blood, sweat and tears you’ve put into this system.

Cheers,

eP

We also love the way Eric has mounted the cameras, industrial chic ftw.
